If you supply the art design

At Newcastle Graphics we are happy to work from your computer files and provide the same quality printing.

We currently support the following programs:

MAC or PC

Illustrator CS3

Quark XPress 7

InDesign CS3

Photoshop CS3

High Resolution EPS (with all type converted to outlines/curves)

Adobe Acrobat Profession 8 High Resolution PDF *

* We do prefer to receive the files within the actual program they were created instead of a PDF as it is easier to make changes or if something was provided incorrectly for printing to fix.

When supplying your own files please make sure all components are supplied at least 300 dpi. Supplying anything less will result in poor print quality and will be especially visible on photos. If the project requires bleed make sure to include at least 1/8".

All colour should be supplied as CMYK and black & white as GRAYSCALE. NO RGB. This is very important.

Make sure to include all fonts with your file. Make sure to keep all type inside the cut line by 1/8".
